TOSAA Premium cookwares give you warranty for period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

1. Use of low or medium flame. High flame can burn the coating.
2. Use soft material for eg. Wooden stapula, plastic or Rubber article food preparation. This will give longer life TOSSA cookware.
3. Clean the pan with cold water after every recipe/ 4-5 chapatis using soft wet cloth to avoid food buildup
4. Let the pan cool down naturally after use before washing it thoroughly with liquid soap and nylon scrubber. Rubbing is strictly prohibited
5. Use very less quantity of oil if require at the time of cooking this avoids food build up
6. Do not drop the pan in hot state
7. Do not use harsh detergents for cleaning this product.

1. Do not over heat empty cookware while cooking.
2. Do not use sharp object while cooking or cleaning.
3. Normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty.

This guarantee is not valid in case of
1. Burning of coating surface due to dry/ excessive heating.
2. Scratched non stick surface due to usage of sharp metallic implements like knife, steel, wool etc
3. Parts such as lid, handle or bracket etc are not covered in the guarantee.
